See clearly. Choose well. Change once.

Change is arriving faster than you can absorb, and nothing you try seems to hold.

I am Manuel Re. I help people and small businesses see what is really happening, decide with confidence, and make one change that lasts, so the next move is the one that finally sticks.

The situation

You know the feeling

Three ways it tends to show up. You will recognise at least one.

01 Goals that keep stalling

You set the direction. You do the work. Months pass and the same goal sits where it started, and you cannot quite say why.

02 Technology that feels like a threat

AI is moving faster than anyone can read. It looks less like a tool you control and more like a wave you are trying not to go under.

03 Change that keeps costing you

You have tried before. Each new attempt costs a little more and lands a little worse, until starting again feels harder than standing still.

The approach

The way through is three steps, in order

Company31 runs on its own method. Nothing skips ahead. Each step earns the next.

01 / see clearly

See clearly

Before anything changes, we look plainly at what is actually happening, not the story you have been telling about it. Most stalls come from a problem no one has named yet.

02 / choose well

Choose well

With the picture honest and complete, you make one decision you can stand behind. Not ten half starts. One direction, chosen with your eyes open.

03 / change once

Change once

Then we build the change into how you work, so it holds after the sessions end. The aim is momentum you keep on your own, not a plan that needs rescuing next quarter.

The wedge

What we do differently

Most coaches cannot build technology. Most AI advisers cannot coach a person through doubt. I do both, and it shapes how I work.

We do the work others avoid

The unglamorous, patient work that actually moves things is the work I take on. It is rarely the interesting part. It is usually the part that matters.

We build, we do not only advise

I write working systems, not slide decks about them. When we talk about what technology can do, it is grounded in what I have actually made it do.

We tell you what we see

You will hear the honest reading of your situation, including the parts you were hoping to skip. That is the value. Comfort that changes nothing is not worth paying for.

We aim for change that holds

One change, made properly and built to last, is the goal. Not a programme that looks busy and quietly needs rescuing every quarter.

Who you would work with

One practitioner who builds and coaches

I have spent more than 25 years leading change across banking, government, automotive, and media.

I am a qualified coach, accredited in Human Synergistics diagnostics, and the author of a book on doing calm, deliberate work. I also build working AI systems in the open, so when we talk about technology I am speaking from the workbench, not the brochure.

Also available

When a business needs hands on help

Some problems need building, not only coaching. For small and mid sized organisations, Company31 also offers vendor-neutral advisory on AI and change delivery: agentic systems, LLM integration, retrieval-augmented generation, and Microsoft Copilot enablement. It stays in the background until you need it.

No obligation

A first conversation costs nothing

No pitch, no obligation. We spend thirty minutes on what is actually in your way, and you leave with something useful whether or not we go on to work together.
