Booking that works the way your practice does.
Slotello is online booking and practice admin for allied health. Clients pick a practitioner, a location, how to meet and a time on a booking page in your own colours. Your team gets the calendar, the client records, the payments and the reminders in one place, with each person seeing only what their role needs.

The live demo
Book an appointment with a demo clinic exactly as your clients would: choose a practitioner, a location, a video call or a face-to-face visit, and a time. It takes about two minutes. We ask for your name and email first and send a code to confirm it, which is also how Slotello keeps fake bookings out.
Demo clinics · nothing is booked for real
Try the live demo ↗Founding practices
Slotello is in beta with a small number of Australian allied health practices. Founding practices use it free for the beta, shape what gets built next, and reach the person building it directly. We set up your practice, practitioners, locations and booking page with you.

A booking page in your colours
Five guided steps: practitioner, location, how to meet, date and time, then details. Your logo and brand colour throughout, one page per practice, and only the times a practitioner is really free.
Paid at booking, or at the practice
Square takes card payments while the client books, with any card surcharge shown before they pay. Or let them pay when they arrive. Either way the status sits on the appointment.
Reminders that go out on their own
A confirmation by email and SMS the moment someone books, and a reminder 24 hours before. Every message carries the client’s own link to view, move or cancel the booking.
Clients who manage themselves
Rescheduling and cancelling happen from that link, inside the cancellation window you set, so the front desk is not the only way to change a time.
Client records that fill themselves
A profile is created from the first booking. Notes with author and time, alerts that email the right practitioner, intake answers, booking and payment history, and hand-over between practitioners.
AI that tidies, and never decides
Optional. Summarise a client’s session notes into SOAP format, or turn intake answers into a brief for the first session. Each practice chooses Claude or Gemini and uses its own key; every output is saved as a note you can see and check.
For the practice
- A calendar by day, week or list, one column per practitioner
- Operating hours per practitioner and location
- Leave, blocked time and buffers between sessions
- Several locations, and telehealth links in the confirmation
- Custom intake forms clients fill in after booking
- A calendar feed each practitioner can add to Google Calendar or Outlook
- Exports of appointments and clients
Who sees what
- Four roles: super admin, admin, receptionist and practitioner
- Practitioners see their own clients and appointments
- Only super admins change payment, SMS, email and AI settings
- An audit log of sign-ins and changes
What Slotello is not
- Not a clinical records system or a Medicare claiming tool
- No app to install, for your team or your clients
- No per-booking fees taken by us; card fees are Square’s own
What your clients and your team see
Where the information lives, and who can reach it
Everything is stored in Sydney. Slotello runs on its own server in Sydney, and each practice’s data is kept apart from every other’s. It is backed up automatically and before every update.
Fake bookings are stopped at the door. Every field is checked, disposable and made-up email addresses are refused, the email domain must really receive mail, and anyone choosing to pay at the practice confirms a code sent to their inbox before the booking exists. Repeated attempts are rate-limited.
Accounts are locked down. Passwords are hashed, sign-in can require an authenticator app or an emailed code, and a password an administrator resets must be changed at the next sign-in. The keys your practice saves for Square, Twilio, email or AI stay on the server: they are never sent back to anyone’s browser, not even the super admin who entered them.
Some things do leave, to the services you choose. Payments go to Square, text messages to Twilio, and email through our email provider. If a practice turns on the AI assistant, the notes it is asked to summarise go to the provider that practice chose, with that practice’s own key. Nothing goes to any of them unless that feature is switched on.
Before you try it.
How much does it cost?
During the beta, nothing for founding practices. Square’s card fees and Twilio’s SMS charges are theirs, paid to them on your own accounts, and the same goes for an AI provider if you switch that on. We take no cut of any of it. Pricing after the beta will be set with the founding practices, and they will hear it first.
Who is it for?
Australian allied health practices: psychology and counselling, coaching, physiotherapy, acupuncture and the like, from a single practitioner to a team across several locations. It works for EAP providers that book on behalf of several services, too.
Can clients change or cancel their own booking?
Yes. Every confirmation and reminder includes a private link to the booking. From it the client can see the details, pick a new time from what is actually free, or cancel, up to the cut-off your practice sets.
Can practitioners see each other’s clients?
Not unless you allow it. A practitioner sees their own clients and appointments. Admins and reception see the practice, and only super admins can change how it is set up.
Do we have to use the AI features?
No. They are off until a practice turns them on and adds its own key. Slotello is a complete booking and admin tool without them, and the AI never makes a clinical decision: it drafts a summary that a practitioner reads, checks and keeps or discards.
Can we use our own domain and branding?
The booking page carries your logo and brand colour, and your practice has its own address on Slotello. Link to it from your website, your emails and your Google Business profile.
Questions go to the person building it
Slotello is made by one small practice in Sydney. There is no ticket queue and no bot: mail reaches a person, and feedback from the beta changes what gets built next.
